DISCOUNT FOR 7 NIGHTS OR MORE** A large heated saltwater pool set in a garden oasis greets you as you enter the fenced in yard of this completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cape style home with new kitchen appliances, new bathroom fixtures, new mattresses and ductless air conditioning. As you enter this pristine home you see open plan living/dining room and kitchen that overlooks the pool, large backyard with firepit and deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. The first floor also features a king-sized bedroom with full tub/shower bathroom just steps away. The office with desk and wireless printer complete the downstairs. The second floor consists of a king-size ensuite bedroom with large walk-in shower and a twin bed. The third bedroom features a king sized bed and a trundle bed that can be set up as two twins or made into a king. This large bedroom overlooks the pool, gardens and backyard. The third full bathroom is just outside the door of "pool view" and features a tub/shower. Conveniently located in historic Eastham steps to the bike trail and just a few minutes to beaches! Great restaurants and local attractions are only a moments drive away. The heated saltwater pool will be open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The pool may be open before and after, weather permitting. Please contact us to be sure pool is open. If the pool is not open, we will remove the maintenance fee.

6 adults and 3 children. We had the best time ever! We all called this our escape To paradise! The house was perfect for our family. The layout was perfect and the decor was beyond amazing! The in-ground heated pool was great but the garden around the pool gave a paradise ambiance! More than enough room on the deck, around the pool and inside this beautiful beachy house. Angie and Pete were the best hosts you can find. Right there when we needed them to be, answered all our questions on which beaches were the best, which restaurants were the best! We would visit here again! Highly recommended!

This was the best rental home ever. It is immaculate and so well stocked with snacks and drinks and even everything need for making s’mores by the outside fire pit. The pool is large with every floatie imaginable for the group. The owners are super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We were so comfortable in this quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area with easy access to restaurants, markets, ponds, and mini golf. A wonderful time was had by our entire family of 9.

Perfect house for a perfect family vacation
This is the best house we stayed in so far. Kids are already asking to go back! As soon as you walk in, you are taken back by how clean, fresh amd exquisitely decorated it is. The beds are super comfortable with spotless bedsheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras in terms of drinks, snacks, etc. Angie and Pete have thought of everything! They made the check in / check out process super easy and made sure we had everything during our stay. The pool was the absolute favourite for the kids—which got cleaned up every two days. Overall an amazing experience! Highly recommended for families with kids! It will not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations!!!

Had a super time. Within a very short walk of the rail trail. This proved to be a great bonus. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with things we have never seen before with other hosts. The owners are fantastic. The house feels so fresh and clean, with so many nice touches. The pictures don’t do the interior of the home, the pool and garden area justice, the garden is beautiful! Unfortunately, it rained the majority of time we rented, so we didn’t get to use the outside Firepit ..another nice touch was a S’mores kit waiting for us in the kitchen. Next time!

Gorgeous, spacious, immaculate, modern home with every amenity you can think of. The pool and garden area is so beautiful and relaxing. Water temperature of the pool is perfect for a day or evening swim. The kitchen is a cook's dream. The house is right by the Rail Trail, it's in a great location to get to beaches, restaurants, etc. The hosts have thought of everything, they go above and beyond. Angie made us feel so welcomed into their home. It was a perfect end to the summer. 10/10

We had a wonderful time at the Eastham Pool House. The house was pristine and had everything we needed and more. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool and garden. We had the loveliest week away in Eastham. Angie and Pete were amazing hosts - their house is beautiful, clean, and the pool is AMAZING.
