Our place is a custom home designed for family gatherings, comfortably accommodating six to nine guests with our extra Studio. Whether you're planning a multi-generational reunion, two families, or a friends' getaway, our beautifully furnished home is perfect for everyone! The main house sleeps six, featuring a master bedroom ensuite and two guest bedrooms upstairs, with three beds total.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom ensuite is on the main level, featuring a King bed, a gas fireplace, a reading chair, two walk-in closets, and a luxurious bathroom. Upstairs, there are two generous bedrooms with Queen beds, closets, and reading benches. We provide fine linens, towels, and quality furnishings in each bedroom for your comfort.
Bathrooms:
The master bathroom offers a spa-inspired experience with a jetted shower and a stand-alone jetted bathtub, perfect for unwinding. There are two sinks and ample space for grooming. Upstairs, you’ll find a newly remodeled contemporary bathroom with digitally controlled features and amazing window views. The main level also has a guest bathroom for common use.
Kitchen:
Our well-appointed kitchen features custom tile work and granite countertops, with a kitchen island for prep space and storage. Enjoy quality stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner Wolf gas range, a second wall oven, a microwave, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a dishwasher. We’ve equipped the kitchen with a Keurig, coffee maker, Nespresso, coffee grinder, and French press, along with bakeware, cookware, and plenty of kitchen gadgets for a fantastic cooking experience!
Dining:
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large wooden dining table that seats nine. Step through the French doors to the deck, where you’ll find a large BBQ and teak tables and chairs for outdoor dining, accommodating ten guests. With incredible views and spacious decks, outdoor dining in the warmer months is a delight!
Living Room:
The living area features beautiful handcrafted woodwork and an impressive stone fireplace. Comfortable couches and chairs create a cozy space to relax while taking in the magnificent views of Puget Sound.
Media Room:
Just off the living area is the private theater and gaming room, complete with seating for the whole family. The Smart TV offers endless entertainment options for everyone.
Pool Room Loft:
Upstairs, you’ll find a reading loft and a beautifully carved pool table, complete with all the accessories (including a few how-to books). After a fabulous meal, enjoy some fun and games in the pool room!
The Studio:
Separate from the main house and connected by an outdoor deck, the 500 sq. ft. sleeping studio features a comfortable Queen bed and two twin trundle beds, accommodating a family of four or providing teens with their own space. It includes a newly remodeled tiled shower and vanity with on-demand hot water, so everyone can shower without worry. There’s also a Smart TV and seating area for relaxation and games.
For larger groups, the bunkhouse/studio is available at no additional cost for groups of more than six guests. For smaller groups wishing to rent the bunkhouse, there is an additional charge of $80 per night. The bunkhouse offers additional space with a newly remodeled full bathroom and seating area. With wood floors, comfortable beds, and a custom-tiled shower, it’s ideal for a second family or friends. The Studio is connected by decking to the main house and is never rented separately. Please ensure you add the correct guest count when booking or send a special request if you need the extra space. We’ll prepare everything for your stay! 😊
Outdoors:
Relax under the stars in your private spa and hot tub! With an outdoor shower, a three-person Finnish sauna, and a six-person hot tub, Island Mountain Lodge becomes a luxurious retreat. Treat yourself to a soak while watching the stunning sunset sky over Eastsound. 🌌
The outdoor deck is perfect for summer evenings, featuring comfortable Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and an outdoor gas fireplace. A dry sauna and hot tub offer a special treat, with a nearby gas fire pit for cozy gatherings.
Wander the garden pathways and discover private decks around the estate. Follow the footpath through the beautifully landscaped hillside to find a private pond and teepee, where you can feed the koi fish and enjoy some afternoon fun. Please note that the pond is not suitable for swimming, so always accompany children.
While Island Mountain Lodge offers all these amenities, you’re also just a half-mile from the charming hamlet of Eastsound, where you’ll find shopping, cafes, adventure rentals, and tours. It’s easy to venture out for the day or grab that special ingredient from the store!
The hidden gem of Orcas Island, Moran State Park, is just a few miles away, featuring miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Don’t miss the breathtaking views from the top of Mt. Constitution!

We recommend bringing your own car or renting one once you arrive off of the ferry. Orcas Island has many State Parks with trails and lakes that are best accessed by driving.
If you are arriving by plane then there are rental cars available, and a public shuttle, as well as taxi services.
