Nice stay, quiet and comfortable.

Candlewood Suites is pricier than a lot of places, but the properties are always well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the door on the end on the building would not unlatch with my room key card. It made a noise as it working, but it just wouldn’t unlock so I could open the door.

Clean and roomy! Perfect stay with a suite. I do wish the back entrance wasn't always a smoker filled patio to walk through.

Our room was clean and well stocked with linens, and nd the beds were super comfortable. The one thing that stood out was how incredibly dirty the entrance door to the hotel was. Not a positive first impression.

First the check in was ridiculous. Th incompetent employee didn’t seem to even know how to do here job. Then the room didn’t have tissues or extra toilet paper. After that they allowed people to be right outside my window partying and playing loud music

Nice hotel

This is our second stay at this hotel. We love it. The location is great and the hotel is nice, clean, quiet and safe. The only issue we had was with the shower. It had sliding doors, one of which was fixed. So when turning on the shower one was showered with cold immediately. Thankfully it is summer, but I would have been much less appreciative in the fall and winter.

Great hotel

Great stay. Very friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Had our dogs a long. Very good instructions on where to potty dogs. Definately will stay again when passing through Eau Claire
