First time staying here. Everything was lovely. Walked to dinner just down the street. Right across from the hotel was a great wine bar with love music. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night as a stop over. The hotel was one of the few which offered a restaurant on a Sunday evening. The parking is up a ramp at the side of the hotel which wasn’t immediately obvious but there were plenty of spaces. Staff were very helpful.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is okay, although the bathroom had a bad sewage smell. But the connected garage is absolutely disgusting. There was urine and cigarette butts all over the garage and inside the elevator to the hotel. Tried to take the creepy stairwell instead and that was also covered in urine. The staff is aware of these conditions because they warned us that the garage is not very nice and to be sure to take the elevator only. This is just a super skeevy spot. Definitely overpriced for the filthy surroundings. If you need to park here, look elsewhere.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Check in was a breeze. Very clean and welcoming room. Lounge with outdoor seating was perfect. Waiters were very friendly and courteous. Only negative was the lack of bathroom counter space which in considering all the pluses to our visit was minuscule.

I took marks off because the check in time is so late. When you are paying almost 300 a night for a room and want to explore the city, checking in at 4pm is very late to freshen up and get dinner and want to walk around before shops close. With check out at 11 am, the room is only available for 19 hours. That makes the cost seem very high compared to time the room is available. It should be at least 24 hours. Make parking free as well. I won't stay here again.

I last minute stopped in Eau Claire to spend the night while on a long drive after getting caught in a storm. The Lismore was super clean and chic and had good dining options right in the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I loved the black-out shades. The coffee shop on sight was phenomenal !
