Here you’ll find everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals in high specification kitchen, and a utility room at the rear with washing machine and dryer. The tiled floor and covered access to the rear of the building make this ideal for muddy boots and wet coats. The main bathroom with its four-piece suite completes the accommodation and compliments the standard of luxury throughout. The deep bath has a shower attachment in addition to the separate shower, so mornings rushing with kids should be a little easier to organise.
Outside there is a generous garden where guests can relax and take some time to enjoy the surroundings. Located just minutes from the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow with the historic palace, plethora of bars, restaurants and cafés is quite a charming place to visit. Nearby Falkirk is home to the Kelpies and is a must visit, ideal for a family selfie. One of the fantastic things about this part of the world is how easily accessible the major towns and cities are. Glasgow and Edinburgh are about 30-minutes by car, you could even get to Loch Lomond in the Trossachs by car in an hour, as you pass through Stirling with the castle on the way.
