Enjoyable Stay
Very pleasant stay. The hotel is handy for the airport and has two tram stops in a short walk to get into the city. We were in town for the rugby at Murrayfield and it’s a short hop to the stadium from the hotel! We would definitely visit again if in Edinburgh.

Decent hotel in a good location for jumping on the tram into Edinburgh, few things a bit tired looking at the hotel but overall a nice stay. Breakfast was very good!

There was confusion at check in that we had only booked one night (not two) The sofa bed was not set up for our son despite being booked. Bedding took over an hour to arrive despite mentioning sons bed time and our offer to make the bed

Disgusting rooms!!! Bedsheets where dirty, thick layer of dust on everything. Had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll. They did not clean the room in the morning, on the fourth day we came down in the morning and politely asked to clean the room. When we returned in the evening they still hadn't cleaned the room. They finally cleaned after we complained and offered complementary breakfast for our last two days. Electronics where also faulty. For €150 a night absolutely disgraceful. Would except a lot more for a Marriott owned hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyable trip from the very friendly welcome at check in to the efficient and quick check out. All staff were extremely helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely evening meal in the bar. Hope to return soon.

We paid a lot of money for this hotel, as it had a pool and the bedroom configuration (double and 2 singles) worked for our family. The pool was closed for part of our stay which was annoying. The changing rooms were quite dirty and the whole place felt very dated. The room was ok but the bathroom was very dated and frankly pretty disgusting. The whole hotel needs a revamp. For the amount we paid (and accounting for the distance from Edinburgh city centre) I would have expected a lot better. Would not recommend.
