Convenient location to bus lines. Property was outdated for electrical needs. Needed bedside outlets and usb outlets. Some of the desk service were wonderful, while others could have cared less or were limited with language barriers. Two full days without WiFi, just when we needed it!!

The rooms feel outdated, and they re very small, it seems like the hotel spent all of its money on the ground floor and the elevators are very small. The only good thing is that it is a five minute walk from the zoo

Lovely relaxed and quiet hotel out of the city.
Lovely hotel with great facilities and great service. They upgraded to a superior double room which we were not expecting and it was superb! Only downsides were the steep prices for food and beverages but that is expected in Edinburgh! Would definitely stay again!

Nice bedding and larger room. I enjoyed having a bath tub. The bar and restaurant are convenient but the food was not that great. The service was really good by the staff , front desk and restaurant/bar. The outside if the hotel could use a refresh it looks dirty.
