Originally built in 1892 by James Bisset, this attractive top floor apartment sits in a striking period building in the heart of the picturesque village of Gullane on the East Lothian coast. Not one, but three championship golf courses sit nearby, including Muirfield, one of the oldest clubs in golf and world renowned for greens which will challenge and delight in equal measure.

For those seeking a slightly more sedate pace, the apartment is perfectly placed for walking and enjoying the tranquility of the area’s nature reserves along this stunning stretch of coastline.

Gullane Bents is an easy ten minute walk leading down to a fabulous horseshoe curve of wide golden sands leading all the way down to North Berwick. Add some award-winning restaurants to the mix serving the very best of fresh local produce, and guests here have a rather perfect holiday combination.

The apartment sits on the upper floor with a bright contemporary open plan living space punctuated by lovely pops of colour and views over the rooftops. The kitchen is well equipped with all the main essentials, with a dining space for four and a breakfast bar for those looking for easy holiday catering.

ACCOMMODATION
Secure access into a period building comprising a block of 4 apartments; two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The apartment sits on the second floor. There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment - no lift access.

Open plan living space comprising sitting room space with large sofa, armchair, Smart TV. Dining space with seating for four. Kitchen with 4 ring ceramic induction hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge with small ice box compartment.

Separate small utility room with washer/dryer.

Bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

Bedroom which can be configured as a super king double or twin. Side tables, dressing room area with plenty of hanging space and storage.

OUTSIDE
There is a garden which is shared between all apartments with bench seating. A barbecue is not provided.

PARKING
There is a designated private parking space for one car. Additional on-street parking can be found opposite on the High Street.
