We have stayed here a few times and just feel the hotel is not as clean as it was and also the service in the bar area for drink & food is not very welcoming ( they are not very helpful when asking about things ) and the breakfast time has become a bit chaotic and again if asking for vegatarion things the staff seem like they cant be bothered and things like the serving spoons have been used for different things and if asking for clean ones the staff werent pleased ( eg - im vegatarian and dont expect to use tongs for cheese that have meat on them - and if wanting egg dont expect the spoons to have beans or meat on them )

This is very much like a high traffic turn and burn tourist hotel. Many rooms, people from all over the world and I guess the difficulty from multicultural reflects on the staff who constantly get complaints and just say yes to everything but do nothing. Breakfast buffet was continually understocked (I was not able to get any hot food only bread and fruit). The location was a bit off the tourist track so taking a cab or uber was pricier than if we stayed to the north of east of city center. All in all, great if you want someplace to come and go but outside a clean/safe place to sleep not much more.

Property had brand new carpet, everything seemed to be new and well maintained. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. It has air conditioning. Food options were good at breakfast and dinner.

Cozy and convenient
We were only in the hotel for one night. It's very close to the tram and the train station. Plenty of delightful restaurants about. The room was nice, but small for a family of 3.

We liked the location of the property and the parking on site was very convenient. It was also reasonably priced parking. The front desk reception was very helpful and we had an easy and smooth check in. We thought the beds were very comfortable and we liked that the rooms had ac. The shower had good pressure and was easy to use. The toilet did not fully flush each time we used it so that was a negative. We tried the restaurant for dinner on the first night and were disappointed. The service was not great and the food was average. The service at the restaurant was less than average.
