Close to Royal Mile. It is an uphill walk, but that's just part of being in Edinburgh. Great staff and clean rooms.

A great hotel choice
The room was comfortable and very clean. The coffee service in the room included excellent coffee and a milk frother with the milk resupplied daily by the housekeeper. There was an interesting supply of items in the refrigerator that were complimentary. The bar was a great spot with a spectacular view of the city. The location was excellent—easily walkable to the Royal Mile and to New Town.We would certainly stay there again.
