Bed not as comfy as usual.
Have stayed in the Moxy a number of times with no problem. This time our bed was softer than we like and it felt like there was a waterproof sheet over the mattress. Love the towels, the rest of the room was very clean and tidy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Would stay again

Ok if you get same price as dated holiday inn.
Stayed for one night pre flight. Room smelt funny, the bed smelt of unwashed feet, the bathroom floor had not been washed for ages, the shower tray filled to top when showering was not draining, stains on carpets. Food is over priced £11 for a small glass of wine. It’s not a hotel I will use again. Standards not as good as previously. Having paid £139 I will use double tree across road from now on.

Return from holiday
We arrived about 02.00 am from a late flight. Nightshift on reception and was quite busy. Quickly given our room key and told us there was free coffee at breakfast. The mattress was past its bed as was lumpy and sunken in the middle. We kept rolling into the middle, which made it very uncomfortable. There was also a stain on the sheets. Did not have breakfast as had it 2 weeks previously and definitely not work £15.00 per head. Would try another hotel if flying from Edinburgh

The room was perfect and the staff had a room available for me two hours early. The only downfall was the food available at the bar. It tasted like it was straight out of microwave and was out in literal seconds.

The property is very close to Edingburgh airport and in front of it it is a bus station with all the connection to the city.The rooms are very clean but very cold in the winter, and they don’t have fridge and shower shoues . The food is amazing and the lobby is very beautiful

The only good thing about my stay was how close the property was to the airport. But I have to say this hotel looks like it was designed by a bunch of college kids for their friends. It is not suitable for business travel in any way. They rent out their parking lot for airport parking, and it was packed full at 4: 00pm on a sunday. They do not have a luggage cart, nor a bellman to help with your luggage. The front desk person who knew I had a ton of luggage put me at a very end of the hall which was about a half mile walk from the elevator. And everything with no luggage cart. If they would take some of the money that they put into making the place trendy and swank looking, and bought a couple of luggage carts, that would go a long way. I can't recommend staying here if you need service.

The night staff were very helpful.. overall staff were friendly place was clean. Elevators were interesting little confusing for people off a long flight with jet lag.. Food was so so wouldn’t recommend strange decor, good breakfast .. Worth the price as far as clean accommodations

This hotel is very convenient if you have an early flight from Edinburgh. Check-in and security are just a (brisk) 10 minute walk away. There’s not much else that would persuade me to stay here. It’s a very clean, efficient hotel with friendly staff. The food on offer is unexceptional, but perfectly OK.

The room was adequate for an airport overnight stay. Would have been nicer to have had bath towels to shower rather than hand towels and perhaps a biscuit to go with tea and coffee. Close to the airport, easy to find.
