Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten, tolles kleines Hallenbad. Modernes Restaurant mit nettem Personal. Leider sind Hunde fast ausschliesslich im Zimmer erlaubt, obwohl das Hotel als haustierfreundlich geführt wird.

Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch (Nähe Flughafen und Nähe City, direkt neben Einkaufszentrum), aber nicht umdedingt der schönste Fleck von Edinburgh. Die Zimmer gut und schön ausgestattet, tolles Frühstückbuffet und ein schönes Supplement war das Schwimmbad und der Fittnessraum. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. PS: der Abfall auf dem Weg zum Tram sollte umbedingt mal entfernt werden, auch wenn der mehrheitlich vom KFC stammt. Dies wegen der Umwelt, aber auch wegen dem ersten Eindruck, den man auf dem Weg zum Hotel erhält.
