Room was not cleaned or made. First day one hour after check in. A lady entered my room all i heard was oh sorry and left my room door open. I was asleep. She actually woke me up and then disappeared She did not have the courtesy to knock the door instead walls in. Did not feel safe at all. Decided to eat at the restaurant on the first night. We sat down and did not get acknowledged for 20 minutes. The staff were walking past us and ignoring us. Told reception and she was not helpful at all. Decided to eat else where.

Nice hotel 10 mins from city centre.

Paid ridiculous price for one night stay which didn’t include breakfast or extras however that’s the cost of visiting Edinburgh during the Fringe. Have stayed before and will likely stay again due to free parking and a ten minute bus journey to the centre. Staff always friendly and helpful and a nice ambiance in the foyer/coffee lounge. Nothing flash about the rooms but super comfy bed. Pokey little lift which was out of action last time we visited.

Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten, Schimmel im Bad. Erstes Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, unangenehmer Geruch. Im Zweiten Zimmer waren Flecken auf der Bettdecke und auch hier Schimmel im Bad. Der Whirlpool war nicht sauber. Das Essen obwohl sehr teuer war geschmacklich in Ordnung.
