No separate bathroom not for us at this price
Service wonderful as described in other reviews however the product doesn’t match the service. Don’t get me wrong super place if paying £200 but for £370/night - no breakfast, no access to spa and most important no separate bathroom - having a prefab toilet and shower in your bedroom with only a glass door isn’t surely 5 star luxury - not for us. Otherwise room fine but again not reflective of price imho.

The W is in a fantastic location! So convenient to tourist & general public transportation. The St James Square Quarter mall has so many great food choices & shops! I would definitely stay here again!

Very impressive looking hotel. Perfectly located for a stay in the city. Friendly staff. We were in a room that looked over a flat roof, we could also see into the bathroom of other rooms very clearly! The room and hall always had smells of onions and cooking, this enabled us to open the window. The hotel stated that the minibar is fully stocked but during our stay it was never filled. The tea and coffee wasn’t replenished on our second night. We couldn’t get into our room the second afternoon, a nice young lady from reception waited with us for maintenance to arrive to change the batteries on the door, this took a while. Eventually we were offered a free drink in the bar whilst we waited for the door to be fixed. In my opinion the hotel has all the glamour of a 5 star but it’s the little things that are missing.
