Hard to find a place like this in the middle of Edinburgh. This was our second visit. It's very walkable and we parked our car on the street outside. There is also a parking building very close. The property is spartan although has a little kitchenette. Space is basically tight, bathrooms small. The convenience made it worth the money the second time.

I love the ApartHotel and will use it again and will recommend enthusiastically. I did have an odor in the room upon check in and they did move me. Also, they weren’t able to provide a paper copy of my receipt, which I would have preferred to recoup the VaT I paid. Hopefully, they emailed me it - but I still need a paper copy. Other than that, it’s a positively exceptional place.

The staff were super friendly and I loved being so close to everything! We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious enough and the bed super comfortable. Would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay in a central location. The staff were super friendly and when they found out it was my wedding day they sent over Prosecco and cookies. The front of house manager was super helpful and kind as were all the staff. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and communicate effectively. The Oatmeal cookies are delicious - you cannot miss these. The continental breakfast was delicious. One thing I would like to suggest on the breakfast menu is - have more option with "eggs" - scrambled, boiled or fried. I will definitely go and stay at this hotel. Its the perfect place !

The lady on reception gave us exceptional service ( I cant remember her name sorry, she was young, fair haired and had a southern accent?) introduced us even to the cleaner. The building was beautiful, wonderful artwork and design. The room was so clean and comfortable with everything thought out (for example the black out blinds and next to bed light system). Absolutely wonderful place, I would 100% stay again!
