Swing by Edisto Beach for a beautiful view of the pristine waters as you watch the dolphins swim or search for shells as you stroll. Lie down on the sandy shores and read a good book under the shade of an umbrella as your kiddos splash around. Afterward, grab a bite at the local restaurants/eateries and bask in the ambiance of this incredible coastal location. Nature enthusiasts should walk among the palmettos to enjoy the live oaks and friendly wildlife such as deer, herons, and egrets. Be sure to check out the other nearby attractions for relaxation, such as Bay Creek Park, where you'll have an excellent view of the calming waters as you stroll with loved ones.
Inside your home away from home, step into the living area and bask in its spaciousness, complete with comfortable sofas for you and your friends to kick back on after a fun-filled day out. After settling in and simmering in the natural sunlight, step into the well-equipped kitchen and cook a homemade meal for you and your guests. Pop open some cold drinks with your friends and settle down at the dining table for a delicious meal. You can also take advantage of the breakfast bar seating or the screened porch to dine alfresco among the wildlife and foliage, providing a beautiful look outside while still being in your vacation home. Don't be surprised if you see deer in the evenings, either. When you feel like lounging, go to the living area or one of the bedrooms, equipped with cable/smart TVs and voice-activated remotes for easy browsing. As the evening winds down, try one of the soaking tubs in the bathrooms or take a relaxing shower. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and golf for an additional fee. There's something for everyone here at this lovely location!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
There is no elevator on the property.
Glass panels on the screened porch have been removed permanently.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 24 years of age to book. Guests under 24 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
