Clean room, nice decor. Very comfortable. The room was out of shampoo and conditioner so that was a little annoying. Also there was no body lotion. But that’s minor.

The hotel is new built, clean and quiet. The location is so convenient for the family who wanna play in water park or shopping in the big mall. Room is big and the bed is comfortable, but air-conditioner’s a little bit noisy. Have a little trouble when we checked in, but everything was just a misunderstanding. Thanks for the patience of staff Gloria.

We’ll stay here again!
The rooms were very spacious. Nicely decorated. Very well lit. Lots of lights. Bathroom has a large shower with dispensers of shampoo conditioner & body wash. Downside was, our room right by the elevator & ice machine. Was a noisy area. Staff was very nice!

Had a loft room. Upstairs bedroom with bathroom/shower. Main floor kitchen/living room. Micro/dishwasher/fridge. Main floor bathroom requires security bars in the tub area. Awesome location for visiting WEM. Underground parkade. Walking distance to mall.
