The staff was great, the room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms definitely need a bit of updating and a deep clean, but otherwise it was a great stay- I would stay here again no problem.

The hotel is a fair and basic place. Tidy, friendly staff, but across from the hospital so lot of sirens all the time. Underground parking was reasonable but sketchy. Had a couple people who didn’t belong there in a few occasions. Over all good and would stay there again.

Decent hotel with nice rooms. Stuff was not accommodating at all. They didn't want to let my wife in since the room was on my name. And I got in an work related accident so couldn't get there on time. She had to wait for hours in the lobby till I show up so we could get in our room. No effort was done to solve this problem at all. And parking is extra cost.

I booked through a 3rd party and their site crashed and booked the wrong day. I called within 1 min of booking and they wouldn't refund or transfer to the correct date. I did not stay there as it was the wrong date. No help at all.

The suite is quite spacious which contains a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Renovation is a bit old but the rooms are clean, and the stuff is kind and friendly. Will definitely book again in the future.
