Hotel is newly renovated & the beds are very comfortable. Rooms and building are kept very clean. A few good cups of Starbucks coffee in the room is a nice touch, also love that they provide slipper sandals for going down to the pool. The hotel’s location is very central to dining and just a short 10 minute walk to Rogers place. My biggest complaint (which is pretty minor on the list of things that are deciding factors in where I stay) is honestly the tv options, I love when hotels let you login to your own Netflix account or at the very least have good cable options, whatever service they use is extremely limited and slow. Parking cost 25 dollars which is pretty standard for downtown hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t get to stay for this particular reservation. I booked the reservation in error and within hours tried to cancel however, I was politely told that I could not get a refund. So the booking remained, and I paid for it, but was not able to take advantage of it since it was an incorrect booking on my part.

washroom had vary bad lighting, hardly could tell if it was on or off. no microwaves in room but can ask for them, and the tvs aren't smart tvs. hot tub and pool area weren't extraordinary, paint peeling in the sauna, but the water was hot in the tub, jets mediocre. bed was comfy, but depending what side your room and wich floor it is on; if you got the window open it's loud and can hear people outside like there beside you in your room, clear as day.

Coast is our hotel of choice in the downtown YEG area. Nice and close to the event centers we're going to with lots of good options around the area. Parking costs $20 but it's conveniently located in the building. The rooms are clean and modern, USB ports for charging in the room and a big TV with digital cable. Bathroom features a bidet and heated seat, an uncommon but appreciated feature.
