I was actually very disappointed. It was very noisy in the room you can hear everything that is going on in the other areas of the hotel. The kids screaming at the pool, someone walking by outside, other doors closing. The room was also very dingey. I will never stay here again.

It was a nice hotel and the staff were great. My only complaints is that the shower pressure is horrible and it’s a terrible set up for a shower so it’s a bad experience. The pillows are uncomfortable and the hotel smells like chlorine. Other than that though I had a great stay and didn’t mind it. Just was disappointed mostly with the shower.

Fantastic property the pool was great the water features are gorgeous easily the nicest pet friendly a accommodations and easy access to the airport lots of parking and easy to locate multiple dining options right in the hotel 10/10 will stay here again

The AC in our room didn’t work. We notified the front desk, and they promised to send someone to fix it. When we returned to the hotel late that evening, the room was still hot, despite their assurance that it had been repaired. The room never cooled below 25 degrees and remained extremely humid. When we checked out the next day, the hotel said they would have offered a discount, but because we booked through a third-party site, they couldn't do anything.

I am a senior and use a cane but when we checked in, the desk person put us in a room that took me close to 10 minutes to get to, on the second floor and at the back of the hotel - a very long walk when you are in pain and not walking well. Lounge closed at 11 so no food was available except for a snack machine in the lobby that only carried junk food…. Was charged $100 deposit when we checked in and I have no idea when it will be refunded…

I have enjoyed all my stays at this hotel except for this visit. The room I had smelled of dog, at times it took over 5 minutes to get hot water out of the tap and there was no microwave.
