parking lot full both nights with people for christmas parties, hard to find a spot. rooms were nice. breakfast buffet not great. the sausage were not good. had salad and pasta for breakfast. went to the pub in the hotel. HORRIBLE. we ordered our drinks, then took 30 minutes for them to come back and take our order, then nobody came back for refill of drinks. took 1 hour after we ordered to get our food. there was only us and one other couple in the restaurant. one person in our group ordered a burger and all they gave him was a bun and bacon.

Staff is very nice. Our first room we got didnt have working heat or TV. Mentioned to staff as we left for dinner. On return we were moved to another room. It was fine. Our only big complaint would be the bench seating in the breakfast area. They are filthy and stained. Mentioned to staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Stayed for a conference, property is on the edge of industrial areas, so a little away from anywhere downtown, but easy to get to and breakfast and coffee on-site meant not having to leave the property while staying.

Good bang for buck
We were in town for 3 nights, booked the king suite and our stay included a breakfast buffet. Incredible bang for buck. The hotel is dated. The hallway carpets are worn and rippled. The retro style pub was cool. We found the breakfast buffet odd, especially since it ended at 10am. Lasagna? Perigies? Roasted vegetables? Salad bar? Yes those were all part of the buffet. Oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt, canned fruit, scrambled eggs and sausages. The breakfast part was lacking, but edible. We slept in on the 2nd morning, buffet had ended, we ordered 2 toast and coffee. $15. Kind of thought they would have taken the buffet tickets. Overall, we will definitely stay again on our next trip.
