Decent location for things in Edmonton's east end. Breakfast was extensive. Parking and walkways could have been better cleared of snow. Decorated nicely for the holidays.

We were quite hopeful for this hotel when we first pulled in the parking lot then when we first walked in the lobby....The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful and was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor and throughout the hotel halls were also decorated quite nicely. Unfortunately, that is pretty well where the beauty ended. The lobby furniture has seen its days and honestly need a significant update, especially when its sitting in a beautifully decorated area. The hotel was very chilly, even walking down the halls, you felt a strong, cold draft. The room we were in was huge and having 2 king size beds was awesome but again, the entire room was quite outdated and the freezing cold draft coming in from around the air conditioning unit was terrible! Your feet froze if you spent any time moving around the room or sitting with your feet on the floor and made the entire room have a cold chill. The continental breakfast was terrible!!!! The scrambled eggs were basically floating in watery goop, the rest of the food was lukewarm at best. The toast and yogurt cups were honestly the only decent thing's to eat. We were on the first floor and got to spend our evenings / nights hearing every single footstep in the hall and rooms above us. It was like there was a marathon right above our room. Not great for anyone on the first floor who wants to eventually sleep.. For us, we wont be back. There was some good but there were just to many negatives to justify a second stay.

It was a great stay. There was an issue with finding the reservation so the hotel front desk clerk upgraded our room without asking. We’ve been there before and will stay again. Good price and not too far from anything.

Excellent. Area is super safe for your vehicle, no foot traffic anywhere near. Rooms are very large and nice, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Canada.

The hotel was beautiful and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. We didn't enjoy the food at the pub but we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet thst was included in the price of the room. The hotel is l9cated in an industrial area so seems like it is geared towards business travel but for a one night stay we have no complaints.

Comfortable and clean bed, solid floor doesn’t hear walking noice from upper floor like some hotels. - The air conditioning is a bit loud, it wakes me up from sleep. - Restaurant collects breakfast coupons and checks numbers of guests. Though booking a room for 4 but stayed 2, got 1 breakfast coupon for the 2 nights and had to explain with the staff before eating. Not a big deal, just why! Under the table doesn’t seem to get cleaned up so often.
