I've stayed in many places in Edmonton, this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of booking. Rude staff, terrible beds, limited housekeeping, the bathtub was awful, slightly unkempt - rounded and tilted so you felt like you were slipping. Not to mention the water pressure was basically nil. The mattress and pillows were so awful that sleeping on the sidewalk would have been preferable and believe me.. I had given that serious consideration. I'd come in because of a serious family medical emergency and the staff was rude when I'd called ahead to let them know I was a late check in, they were rude when I arrived and rude with any questions. I cannot stress how awful this hotel is. Do not book!

The property was impressive; however, the lighting was very low, resulting in a rather dim atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the carpet on the fourth floor was lifting in certain areas. During my check-in, one of the receptionists made remarks that left me feeling uneasy. Overall, my experience was positive, with a wide variety of breakfast options available.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Edmonton in a long time! The lobby is gorgeous and large. Check in was very fast. The rugs around the common areas are in need of an update as they are ripping and weren’t pulled tight anymore but other than that very well put together. I would like to give the breakfast another shot as the food was cold after just coming out of the kitchen but was first time so benefit of the doubt that it could have been better! Again the room was clean, large and spacious, the pub on site was quiet, clean and the lady working was nice and made a great pina colada! Will for sure stay again !

From the outside we were kind of wondering how good it was going to be. It’s seemed to be in an industrial area. Once inside, it was great. Very nice quiet place to stay. Will stay here again for sure.

We were impressed with this property. The pool is wonderful and the breakfast offered a variety of foods. The hotel is away from other attractions, but there is easy access to drive places and a bus stop is close by. We will be back!
