Love the proximity to everything in the mall, but waiting for the elevator was ridiculously long(sometimes more than 10minutes…) a few people at the front desk were rude and condescending… The room was comfy, but as everything was run down, our sink faucet was not working properly. The hot water tap did not work…

The location is great as you are already in the mall. We stayed in a basic room or a ‘needs updating’ room. It was clean but everything was just…old. The coffee maker did not work and we notified the staff twice. After the second call a repairman came at 9:00pm when we were going to bed. Also elevators were inconsistent with working.

The 4 elevators only two at work during our stay. It is waiting forever during busy time. They only have two-hole ug sockets, you have to bring your own outlet. - no theme room.

Most of the staff were excellent. But the stench and mustiness in the hallways and rooms made it feel like you were staying in a regular motel. Does not justify the high cost per night.

We had issues with the cleanliness and most importantly our toilet wasn’t working and nothing was done to fix it. I had to take my kids to the lobby to go to the bathroom. The hotel staff would not offer any discount or solution to fix it. Other issues happened but by far the toilet issue was the worst.

Overall good - I was in an older room and was offered an upgrade but declined per the cost In the middle of the night a piercing siren type noise began - I slept on and off unsure of what it was - it happened night two at 9:30 pm I called for assistance and turns out it has to do with the heating mechanism - not the end of the world but it was disruptive
