The hotel's appearance is deceiving. It is kept updated however the cleanliness of the rooms could use more attention. The balcony has what looked like vomit on the railing/insert. It has clearly not been washed down in a very long time. It was quite dirty. The carpets could use a clean and baseboards were filthy. The staff are friendly. The continental breakfast has lots of options.

Good stay, right downtown. The key cards always needed to be reset though which was annoying as we had to go to the front desk 2-3x a day. Breakfast was great.
