We had an issue with our toilet overflowing and the bathroom and room flooding due to this. We were moved room right away. Tbe front end staff wqs very good at accommodating us after this issue.

Breakfast seating quite small for hotel size. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, friendly staff. Pool was also quite small.

Room was good, staff friendly. Pool entrance is in lobby of hotel, so it was freezing. Also didn’t know there was a staff Christmas party planned, so there was loud, intoxicated people lingering in the lobby on our way to the pool. There was also an unrelated assault that took place on our floor the first night, and other intoxicated people in the breakfast area cursing while I was trying to have breakfast with my husband and kids. I have stayed here previously and enjoy the location, however I will not stay here again as I felt incredibly unsafe to leave my room alone.
