In the room, the water came out dirty. I contacted the staff. Nothing was done asked for kettle not on the property. In the room, the heater is inconsistent, hot or cold. There is no steady temperature. The breakfast was very bad bacon bits are not bacon!!!! I have pics of dirty water

Stayed over Christmas break, welcoming staff and very communal environment. One staff offered to hold our newborn while we dined in the lounge area which was very thoughtful. Will indeed stay at this hotel in the future. Pool was also nice and well serviced.

From the exterior this hotel looks nice, but it’s operations are substandard. Arrived at 3:10 PM and my room wasn’t ready. Food and service at lounge is also substandard. Not a place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet sleep. Lots of families with noisy kids and parents who can’t handle their booze.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of my stay: Check-In Process The check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk agent was friendly and professional, providing a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities, which set a welcoming tone for the stay. Room The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a separate writing and sitting area, which made it functional and comfortable. It was equipped with all the expected amenities, except for a microwave, which would have been a convenient addition. Breakfast Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. Served in a well-sized and organized breakfast room, it offered a variety of options to cater to different tastes, making it a satisfying start to the day. Areas for Improvement 1. Carpet on Lift Landing Area: The carpet on the lift landing area seemed to require deep cleaning. While it didn’t affect my overall stay, it was noticeable and could be improved for a more polished appearance. 2.
