I love the location for fringe the main reason we go and stay here. However I was not happy to have found out my long room was double booked and was downgraded to a double with no warning.

Lovely hotel in Strathcona area. Lots of shops and restaurants. Only issue was the tv not working. The staff promptly attended to the problem but it persisted.

Convenient location on Whyte avenue,rooms are really clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was fresh with good selection and nice seating area. Staff are friendly and helpful. The noise from the street was very loud at times from the room on the 6th floor facing it.

We have stayed at this property many times and enjoyed our experience. Well located, with a lovely breakfast to start the day. The rooms, though, are starting to show their age and it appears that no money has been put in to upgrade and refresh.
