From the second I walked into that house there were issues: - entry key fob and code did not work - fire alarm was not working - air conditioner did not work, had to be moved late in evening to neighbouring townhouse - first attempt at entry into the house at 1030pm (3 gentleman) - security alarm not working in second place - large party at home, - second attempted entry into the house where a gentleman at 1230am was banging on the door and yelling “let me into the fking house” - loud music playing from 1130pm- 400am - police at next door townhouse morning when music resumed at 530am I travel a lot and have stayed at many luxury destinations, and this townhouse is certainly not luxury.

The condition of the property is excellent The location is great close to everything 300 meter south there is very nice walkway along the ravine There was no vacuum the garbage in the garage from the previous stay was not emptied The stairs are not child proof there was no crib I will do not think twice about going back Very satisfied
