Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. However, you can’t pay how you want when you want. When I wanted to pay via debit on check in, I wasn’t allowed and had to put it all on my visa until check out. Don’t know if I’ll go back there.

Everything was fine, nothing special or exceptional. Great price point for value. I liked having no carpet in the room. Room was clean. The train beside the hotel was unfortunately very loud blowing its whistle waking me up several times through the night (as you would hear in any hotel along this road). Airport shuttle was confusing as it was not labeled with the hotel logo (the one I took anyway). Driver was pretty wild/scary too. This hotel overall was clean and convenient to the airport, fine for a one night stay.

This was definitely close to the airport. It was quite far from downtown Edmonton or the West Edmonton Mall. In the end, we just stuck around the hotel for our brief stay. It is worth noting that the online presence was a little fuzzy. There is a second location downtown. That's the one with the pool and also has an airport shuttle service. I did not love the booking issues with Hotel.com, but I am glad I called ahead to get things straightened out before I arrived. We encountered a few staff members at the desk, but most of them disappeared into the back office without 'hellos' or acknowledgement. The one that remained was very overwhelmed and honestly slow. Maybe she was training? I really liked the room...I just wished it really was in Edmonton!

Did not like that the offer of a muffin or small pastry type food and coffee were only served between 3 am to 6 or 7 am ...was under the impression that a nice breakfast would be offered like at the other 2 Royal Hotels we stayed in

This hotel is in a great location. Beds are very comfortable and the room was also very clean. The gym was better than most hotel gyms. It had everything you need for a workout. The only downside is the front desk staff aren’t personable and checkin was slow considering we prepaid.

Hotel is a good option when travelling from the Edmonton International Airport. Rooms are clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Shuttle goes every half hour to the airport.
