We had a room facing the pool and it was noisy at night until the pool closed at 10pm. I am glad we brought a sound machine for our kids. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was almost like the beds were bending in half and we were reclined. My husband and I are average size. There were unhoused people in the lobby each morning of our stay. When my husband went to get something from our car in the evening, there were unhoused people around our car.

My family had a great experience during our stay at the hotel. Meghan, the office manager was incredibly accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, which was a huge help since my husband needed extra time to rest before driving. Their understanding and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay much more comfortable. Highly recommend!
