Thankfully the hotel was quick to fix the problem of our room smelling like smoke. I would avoid level 1 at all costs. Level 2 was night and day and far better. Pictures online looked far nicer. Overall no major complaints but nothing to write home about. Convenient for WEM.

i was in the area where they allowed animals and my kids are allergic to dog hair, someone locked their dog in their room next to our room(barking and scratching the door all night) and when the owner arrived at midnight they kept us up until 4am...i'll never go back

I travelled with my 2 young children. Property felt relatively safe and we were greeted kindly at check in. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub everyday although it was closed for 1 of the 4 days we stayed. But for the love of god please keep an eye on pool towels and refresh them. The towel shelf was empty everytime and we'd have to walk dripping wet to the front desk to ask for a refill everytime. They would say absolutely and bring 6 towels for the 10 in the pool and it was a race. Other guests had made that comment that they had to ask everytime as well. Rooms were tidy but not deep cleaned. You saw a lot of dirt while sitting on the toilet looking around. The worst part was the bathrooms water. Everytime we showered or turned the sink taps on it smelt like sewer. The beds were comfortable and we had a good location by the pool. On the website the pool hours were stated as 9am to 9pm. That was fine by us but most nights there were a lots of noise in and around the pool until 10:30. When I called to inquire about the pool hours , front desk said no we are open until 10. Staying beside the pool with young kids trying to sleep proved to be a mistake with the "new" pool hours. Having the dennys on location was excellent and the staff there were fantastic. Location and parking was great. Staff were very helpful and kind anytime we asked for something. Overall we liked the hotel and the price was good so we would go back if the prices stayed low.

Room was dirty. Towels were stained. Rooms were incredibly small and so was the pool. Dehumidifier did not work. Room was full of moisture Lots of questionable activity going on right outside the hotel. Booked for 2 nights left after one. Will not stay there again
