For paying for an executive suite, I was unhappy with the constant elevator noise, all night long, as well as a broken ice machine, homeless people stumbling around the hotel on several occasions, and the sofa in my room was filthy, stained and had a cigarette hole burned into it. Would not stay again. Staff was also completely unhelpful. I ordered room service, which came with no silverware, and when I called front desk to ask for some, they said they had nothing to do with it and hung up on me.

Building is old, room is old looking and somethings were falling apart. Never gave enough towels nor toilet paper. Lots and lots of homeless walking around and past this area continuously, there was security here and there that sat at their desks and did nothing. Not worth the prestigious title they give themselves.

Excellent place to stay when attending events at Roger’s Center. You can walk from your room, through the pedways right to the arena without going outside. Hotel staff was excellent, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Parking underground was an extra charge but you’re downtown and that’s to be expected. Pool and hot tub area are quite simple and clean and there is a gym right next door to them.
