This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. This time we had some issues that required adjusting our reservation at the very last moment. 15 min on the phone, and everything was handled professionally, and as efficiently as possible. We had multiple hiccups during our stay that were beyond anyone's control, and the manager was BEYOND amazing. Will continue to be my go-to stay in E-Town!!!

Stayed here one night to go to the Oilers hockey game. Hotel is connected to ice district. No need to go to outside. Parking underground was no problem. Staff and security was wonderful. Accidentally left our window open on our vehicle, security notified us. Staff at reception was welcoming and very friendly both checking in and checking out. Would definitely stay again. Loved our room and our view.
