Was the first room in when entering the hotel (I think), Room 112. Therr is an entrance/exit door right beside the room that people were slamming while I was sleeping. Absolutely terrible sleep.

It was a newer hotel, basically clean. However, I consider it could be nicer to have bath gel instead of solid soap. In addition, one of the bedsheets on one of the queen size beds obviously shrunk badly and barely covered the mattress, but still using it. Because we only stayed one night; so I didn’t bother to request to change it. Besides, there was a big hole on the wall inside the bathroom of the room; I believed it was due to the big hook on the upper part of the bathroom door. Looked like management not doing anything about it…..The location was good and convenient; if management would do something to double check on the amenities and services, it could be a better hotel.
