We stayed in this house for 8 days and overall had a great experience. Our group, 4 adults and 4 kids.The house is spacious and comfortable with each bedroom having its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped, making our stay feel like home as we almost cooked every nights. The location is good, 15 mins to Beaver Creek and half hour to Vail. There are two generous parking spaces.
On the first day of checkin at 9pm, we encountered an issue - no hot water. After communicating with the landlord, the hot water heater was eventually fixed at 2 AM, so we had hot water by the next day. However, this caused inconvenience for our group of 8 people as we couldn’t shower that night. I recommend the landlord to check for hot water issues, especially during winter, before guests arrive.
Another aspect that wasn’t satisfactory was the old washer and dryer. The clothes didn’t come out clean, and the dryer was noisy, possibly malfunctioning. It would be beneficial for the landlord to update these appliances for a better experience. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in this house, and since we visit Vail and Beaver Creek for skiing every year, we would consider staying here again. If the landlord could replace the washer and dryer next time, I'd be willing to continue renting this house.
