Was called prior to check in that elevator and pool were being repaired. Ok if you’re not on the 3rd floor. Room was large n comfortable but dated. Desk was so hi in comparison to desk chair couldn’t comfortably use computer, which for me, is a must

Breakfast needs attention
The stay is very good. The room is clean and best customer service. But, the number of food variety needs to be added for breakfast. I saw the same breakfast variety in both locations Ohio and Illinois of this hotel. You have a breakfast hard for a choice.

We just needed a clean comfortable room. Although the pool and elevators were not working the front desk made sure to give me a first floor room. The bed was great and the room clean. Staff friendly and helpful
