Dear Xavier, Thank you very much for your feedback. Correct, that was wrong of us. That the collegue did not mentioned that the extra bed for children is under the age of 18. But is now unfair that you where belittle from me, because I only gave the policy that we handle and at any time I was not disrespectful to you. Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your feedback. What a pitty of that issues. Did you mentioned before to the reception about the dirty towel? Of course that is wrong and that may not happen. Sorry that at the time of check-out there where no collegue to check you out.
