The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. You will probably forget you have neighbors at all!

IMPORTANT! The driveway to the property is steep. We have never experienced any problems with any vehicle trying to access the property, but the incline may be daunting to some drivers. The property is located in the hills. Please be alert and drive safely! California is known for its crazy drivers!!!
