The lovingly maintained garden has a beautiful sun terrace, a private pool and a hammock to enjoy the sun. The location near to the town of Los Llanos is perfect for exploring the rest of the island and the beautiful beaches of the island can be easily reached by car. The viewpoint of La Caldera de Taburiente (La Cancelita) is 2.3 km away, providing easy access to the island's hiking trails.

The house has 1 living room, 1 kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and blender.
