Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of El Paso! This centrally located spot has easy access to the freeway and is minutes away from Fort Bliss, downtown, and UTEP. The small but comfortable space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for an affordable stay in the area. The property has a mini-split AC and heating unit which allows you to have complete control over the temperature in the apartment. Stay cool and comfortable during the hot El Paso summers! Please note that this is a basic apartment for those looking for budget-friendly option without compromising on comfort and convenience. We have a few other units we rent out on the property. This place was the worst place I ever stayed in my life the neighbors were extremely loud from the time I got there to the time I checked out loud banging and stomping I got absolutely no sleep there then I even had to call the police because of the noise and after I leave because of this situation and the host is embarrassed and mad she did not do her job right she is making lies up saying that I left a mess I’m assuming she did that because she is a bad person this is crazy

Perfect for me.
Simple ranch style unit apartment that fit the area perfectly. Situation in the back of the main house, which was great for security and privacy. The owner was clear in her message and very detailed.
