The night clerk was very helpful but it was a huge inconvenience to have to be going to the front desk every time I needed to get into the room. My door key was not working. The lighting in the bathroom was not good at all. I could not get hot water for the longest time. The remote control for the TV didn't work. Unfortunately it was not a very good stay.

It was a place to rest while traveling. The beds were clean and comfortable. The carpet looked dirty with stains, I’m handicapped senior and had to use the stairs because the elevator was broken, the ice machine broken, and not a full set of towels for 3 people. It was nice and quiet

This hotel is awful. Its dirty to the point of unhealthy. The vents looked liked they had never been cleaned and there were stains all over the furniture and carpets. There was a broken door to the outside. None of the ice machines worked. There was a leak in the ceiling near the coffee machines. This place seriously looks it would not pass any inspection.There were no linens for the pull out bed. The front desk person was super nice about it-when she got no response from anyone about it she just grabbed linens from another room. The pull out bed was horrible-so uncomfortable. The pics on the internet make it look WAY nicer than it is. Outrageous for $100!!

The room was adequate, but the floors had many mysterious dark stains on the floor. The breakfast featured waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, stale muffins, coffee, and toast. I was satisfied with my stay.

I paid full price and reserved a suite. It was not available and I was provided a lower cost room. The staff refused to compensate for the difference. Quite frankly a case of fraud- bait and switch. All ice makers in the hotel were inoperable. Pigeons have taken over much of the property and dropping are horrible.
