Not the best area.

Far too many transients at the hotel and the area. 10 minutes after I entered my room a very high man entered my room with a key. We had both been assigned the same room in error. He told me he was tweaking and needed to rest. This did not make me feel secure at all. The manager did bring by a new key for m but I still did not understand how they could assign 2 guest to the same room both with digital keys.

The only thing i have to say is the seating during breakfast is minimum and u can’t take anything to your room so ur stand and eating, which was uncomfortable especially for our 7 yr old

This place is my new favorite place to stay in El Paso. The room was huge and reasonably priced. It was quiet and clean and the staff was very polite. Love this place!

It's an old motel. The room smells old, and I even thought it was the room, so I changed. The new room smelled just as bad. Staff was good, but I will not stay here again.

Landed late at the airport and this hotel was easy to get too from the airport and a short drive. The two women were very pleasant and it felt very safe by having two people working the front desk late in the evening. The breakfast attendant was very attentive.

First floor entry was helpful because I had a lot of luggage. Linen and bathroom clean Exterior sidewalks cracked and multilevel making walking around difficult.

Good value.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Located near airport, shopping areas and restaurants. Friendly staff. Rather scruffy appearance (doors need painting, parking lot uneven, lots of road construction). Good value. Airport shuttle only starts at 8am, so not good for early flights.

The property seemed decent, I liked my room but I feel like the room should have been a little bit cleaner. It wasn't dirty but not 100 percent dusted, it smelled a little musty. I guess I'm used to better cleaning. Overall it was an okay stay, I expected a little bit more for the room I booked and for the price I paid. I stayed in this property over 10 years ago and I can recall it being way better looking, way cleaner and overall way higher class Hotel. I expected the same this time around and No I was not impressed. Thank You.
