I would not recommend this motel. To begin with I made a reservation and paid through Expedia and when checking in the manager was having a difficult time with the fact that I paid through Expedia. He told me not to pay through Expedia but to pay them directly. The room did not have a microwave and the refrigerator kept freezing my food. Plus there were cockroaches. I had to extend my stay twice and each time they charged me a $10 deposit for key, which came out to $30. When I checked out the manager only gave me $10 and denied he had charged me the two times! Expedia should not advertise this property!

The receptionist is terribly rude, yelling and slamming his hands at the counter. He would not honor the reservation made through here and demanded I pay CASH (not card) for the full amount of the reservation even though I showed him the reservation was paid in full through the app

First of all advertising was not true? Not close to the El Paso airport? You can't check in until after 3:00 you have to check out by 10:00 it takes up 2 2 flushes for the toilet no where was it advertised that you had 2 leave a 10.00 room key deposit ac was pointed up instead of in the direction of the bed

Rude experience
I had a very bad experience, they wanted them to pay $10 dls for each car and $5 dls for the key card. In total I was going to pay a lot of $75. I had to cancel the stay and the hotel and gentlemen ended up throwing my ID card and the cash money became very RUDE!!
