The high-quality and artistically furnished house has several living areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms (one of them is outside next to the pool) and a sofa bed for 2 people. Further equipment includes Wi-Fi, a TV, a cot and a fireplace. Thanks to the clever construction and the thick outer walls, the house remains pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months, so that an air conditioning system is not needed. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area designed with great attention to detail, which includes a well-kept garden with numerous seating options and a barbecue, a pool and several covered and furnished terraces - an oasis of peace that promises relaxing holidays outdoors. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The next, 15 km long sandy beach, Playa Santa Catalina, is also only 5 minutes away by car. The house owners are available and happily answer any questions you may have.
