Had a great stay here. On arrival I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist Clara who was very friendly and able to check me in quickly. I was able to use the spa and have a jetted bath which was much needed after the 7 hour drive from Sevilla. Food in the restaurant was very nice and bed very comfortable too.

We stayed 2 separate nights, the first night our room was good but there was no door on the toilet/shower room, which was not ideal, the 2nd night was a much better room. The restaurant food was lovely but the service was random, there were people coming in 45 after us who were served first and had finished their 2nd course before we even had our first.

Gem of a hotel.
This is a gem of a hotel. I travel a lot and often stay in ‘airport’ hotels if I arrive early/late or stay a long way from the airport. Anyway this is by far one of the best. It’s 5 mins from the airport. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and spotless. They offer fantastic meals in a beautiful environment and as a bonus have a spa, gym and solarium (sunbathing area) on the 4th floor. It was the most restful last day of holiday ever. I will definitely return in the future. They also offer a 10€ per room transfer to the airport. Finally the staff are all lovely and can’t do enough for you. Perfect hotel

We had to book a last minute stay due to our flight cancellation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok and clean. The spa area was very small and a little bit tired looking. The restaurant was lovely and the food and service was amazing. We'd stay again if we needed a hotel close to Alicante airport.
