The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned on the website. The pool was closed, which we did not know. Our room was not completely furnished. It did not have the couch and we paid for the suite so we could have the extra bed. It did not have headboards. It was clearly still under construction but they rent these rooms out anyhow. Their suites are not what I have experienced in the past. There is no separate bedroom. The only reason to call it a suite is because it has a tiny 2 ft counter top with a tiny sink in it. Otherwise it is the same as a standard room.

tight sleeping quarters.
room was fine and clean, but We booked a room with 2 QUEEN BEDS and they were full size. they were even smaller than the head boards on both sides. that was disappointing. Walk in shower was a plus.

Beautiful rooms - Horrible experience!
This hotel did not disclose the fact that they were under maintenance and both the pool and spa were closed! Very disappointing to me as I was traveling and booked because of the spa. Maintenance was obvious both on the main floor and also on the floor they put me on. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and quite loud with a large depression in the center. Private party was held in the hospitality room that was quite loud and very disruptive, waking me up several times. People were talking loudly in hallways and in front of the building right under my window while consuming alcohol from party. I finally called down to front desk to tell at almost 1am. Breakfast was ok- but exactly the same two days in a row. There was no safe in the room- despite the claims there are. I made several attempts to discuss issues with the property regarding this all - front desk dismissed it as two teen boys causing necessary repairs and agreeing that guests should be warned about the maintenance. Then tried to contact property through hotels.com and received no reply either. Very unhappy and disappointed my stay and will not be back! Will make me think twice about using Country Inn again in the future. If you are considering booking this hotel to enjoy a quiet nights sleep or their amenities I highly suggest you look else - there are many other hotels nearby!

The hotel had a lot of construction being done and the pool was not open. We booked there because we have 2 little ones and we wanted a pool for them. There was no mention of the closed pool we we reserved.

Our stay was fine. I did not like the tv channel set up and the bed was a tad hard, but I've had much worse. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel since renovations are continuing to be done. I was bummed that the fitness center was still being renovated, but that gave me an excuse to try to sleep.
