Special thanks to the nice woman that helped us navigate through expedia's disaster! This is a very recently updated older Hotel. Seems like they used a lot of modern ideas with soothing multiple colored walls, larger than average TV. Room was set up really smart bathroom was adequate. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. This is a great example of how to maintain an older Hotel giving it Modern Day charm and still making it look hospital and professional! For more of a budget hotel in mailed all the categories!

Property old and run down. Walls extremely thin. Website says they have breakfast. Sign posted sorry for the inconvenience we are not serving breakfast at this time.

The hotel was conveniently located off a major hwy, and close to the convention center. Nice room for 50.00 night. We only sleep there. No breakfast, but really didnt expect one for rate. We did order a non smoking room, but if you took a deep breath you could smell old smoke. King size bed nice, slept well.

There was no breakfast as noted in the listing. Housekeeping entered my room without knocking while i was in my underwear. There was a bedspread that was clearly dirty on the bed.

Horrible. Place stinks, noisy ac, cloudy water, no towels, tub felt like it was going to fall through floor, no breakfast like advertised, tv worked occasionally. Never staying in a super again. The two staff I interacted with were ok, they were the only ones we saw. Sad place.

Desk clerk is cheerful and helpful. The room was already WELL air conditioned, a need when it was 104 degrees outside. Unfortunately, the pool is closed, and due to a water problem, no breakfast in the morning. (We actually rarely eat breakfast at motels.)

The property was really bad. The sink is cracked. The water pressure was no good. There was dirty stuff all around air conditioner was dirty. It’s not an eight star hotel. It wasn’t worth the money.

I reserved two rooms for my workers and upon entering the rooms were dirty and had many bedbugs. I would like to post the photos I have but I don't have the option of publishing photographs. I contacted Expedia and fortunately they helped me with a partial refund and of course my employees were not stayed there.

Super 8 hotel in Elk City Oklahoma

The customer service was very good. The hotel is very dated and old. We got two rooms to stay in. We had to switch both rooms; one because there were bugs on the walls when the curtains moved and one because there was a dead bug in the bed. There was supposed to be breakfast included but they said the machines were broken.

We had 2 rooms and stayed for 1 night, hotel did not serve breakfast as website says they had breakfast, old rooms, bed mattresses uncomfortable, direct T.V kept freezing so it was not really watchable.

Lobby smelled like smoke, the shower didnt work remote wasn't in the room had to ask, hair dryer was brown and had something on it, you fet what you pay for though
