Staff unfriendly and in room heat noisier than steam engine. Kept me up. Two not huge towels. If 1 person needs to wash hair, there weren’t enough clean towels. Not super clean.

Great 1 night stay

Quick one night stay, spacious studio room. Pet friendly. Came with a little smell, maybe cleaning solution. Front desk was very friendly.

Very high pet fee

The pet fee was very high and did not see this when making the reservation. The employee seemed exhausted and stressed. The room had not been cleaned properly and I could smell pet urine next to the bed. Gross! For the amount charged for a pet, it should included proper cleaning!

The shower was horrible. To get enough water pressure to activate the shower head, the water had to be scalding hot. If you set the water to a reasonable temp, it just trickled out of the shower head. It was bascially unusable. For the price of this room, it was pretty disapponting

To enter and exit the property is difficult. Power went out and management offered nothing except directions to the stairs. At 68 I had difficulty dragging luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

We walked into our room to some kind of machine I’m guessing it was some kind of air machine. It seemed like the room had chlorine smell to it because our began to burn after a couple of hours in the room. I took machine to the front desk the guy on duty didn’t seem to care that it was in our room. I asked for another room because of the order but of course nothing else available.
