The Carriage House at 41 North is a charming home located in the heart of downtown Ellijay, Ga! Enjoy the ease of having a central location while discovering the small-town charm of the historic downtown district. Grab a gourmet coffee and fresh bakery item and enjoy a stroll through Harrison Park as the town comes alive. Take in the day shopping at one of our many boutiques and antique stores or embark on an outdoor adventure. Within a short drive, the more rural Gilmer County can be explored with its renowned Appalachian Mountains, nationally recognized apple orchards, burgeoning vineyards and wineries and many other outdoor activities related to our mountains and rivers. Wrap up the day with a relaxing dinner, perhaps with some live music at one of our many delicious restaurants.

The Carriage House is centrally located within easy walking distance of everything downtown has to offer including arts and theatre!

The Carriage House at 41 is two levels as described below:

Main Floor:
Open floor plan in the Main Living Area with ample seating, a 72" smart TV, Dining and fully equipped kitchen.
Laundry off the kitchen
Foyer with half bath
King Bedroom with private bath and walk in shower
Patio area with seating

Upper Level:
Queen Bedroom with private bath and bath tub/shower
Twin pull out sofa in loft
Kitchenette/Bar Smart TV 42", Area with Seating
Access to upstairs deck overlooking downtown

IF THIS IS A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION(LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO CHECK IN) YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME TO THE OFFICE FIRST TO CHECK IN TO RECEIVE THE DIRECTIONS/LOCK BOX CODE. PLEASE SURE TO BRING YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH YOU.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/Drip Combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, Wi-Fi, TV, excellent internet.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing, Damage Insurance,
15% Lodging Tax and Hotel/Motel Fee of $5 per night added to all reservations.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
