Start your morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying the lush greenery and tranquil scenery from the comfort of the front porch on the Adirondack rockers. Next, spend the afternoon in the great outdoors tubing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking or boating in the nearby lakes. Unwind the day at the shops and restaurants in downtown Ellijay, just 7 miles away or perhaps enjoy a glass of wine and take a winery tour at the numerous vineyards just a few short miles away. Thanksgiving in Ellijay
Our stay was so wonderful! We had Thanksgiving in the Woodsy Retreat and the kitchen had almost everything we needed to pull it off. The house is so cozy and our family did not have one complaint. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay!
The house was perfectly decorated, super clean, and very comfortable to stay in. We were surrounded by a gorgeous view of trees, with food and grocery stores in close driving distance. The kitchen has a decent supply of cooking items and the bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We were charmed from the moment we walked in the door and will definitely come back again. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and comfortable home. We cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, the kids played hours of air hockey and we enjoyed all that Ellijay offers. The notebook left by the host helped us decide on which hikes to take and which restaurants to dine at. If you like wine, visit Roo. Stunning view!

Wonderful 1st Visit to Ellijay
Such a nice place to enjoy a long weekend in Ellijay! I’m a self-professed “decor snob,” so I tend to book places that are aesthetically pleasing. This house did not disappoint! Wonderful Wedding Weekend
We came up for our daughter’s wedding and loved our stay. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the Ellijay area! Bachelorette party
We stayed for a bachlorette party for my daughter and could not have found a better place to stay! It has everything you need to stay in and cook or close enough to all the restaurants if you want to go out. The pictures are exactly what you find when you walk in the door. Very nice cozy home away from home. Convenient to Ellijay and Attractions. Quiet, private neighborhood. New home with great amenities. Easy access to the home via paved roads and no crazy hills or curves to navigate. The whole home is on one level making it easily handicap accessible. We enjoyed the Winery's in the area and the Antique shop's. Lot's of new restaurant's to try.

Ivy's Retreat was wonderful!! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and over exceeded our expectations. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and the surroundings gave us a beautiful fall sitting. The owner has the cabin very well stocked with all the essentials to cook meals as we cooked breakfast at the cabin each morning and even grilled out the last night we were there. We will definitely be booking again for future trips to Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

Perfect house to relax and enjoy the fall Foliage. Quiet neighborhood close enough to town yet secluded in the woods. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub is a nice addition for relaxing after a long hike.
