Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 15 €/person/set
- guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 100 kwh/ week for electricity and water 10 cbm/week (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

Lovely holiday home near the beach in a quiet location with private pool.
Internet is available to tenants through wifi.

For rent there is 1 living-dining room (with air conditioning), 1 kitchen with exit to a beautiful dining area and barbecue area, 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.

Wonderful and well kept garden with lawn. A nice Barbecue terrace is available for the tenants.

Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Inside Property: Excellent, most gas/electric items were new, living room + bedrooms excellent. Outside Property: Grandaughter loved the pool and cleaned/reviewed 4 times in the 2 weeks of our stay. Sunbeds and outside seating were all excellent. Local Restaurants/Pubs all good. Surprisingly close to the Beach.

Holiday Els Poblets
The villa needed updating, it could be a lovely villa. Finding the villa was an absolute nightmare, they should consider using the App Just Three Words. Problems we encountered were, the shower in upstairs apartment was useless, it had the wrong wall fixing, so had to be handheld. The barbecue area had not been cleaned at all. The outside furniture hadn’t been cleaned. One of the beds on ground floor wasn’t fit for purpose, 2 single mattresses placed on a base that was too small. We accept that lawns had to be mowed but the owner (who lived next door) had obviously planned maintenance for the trees in both properties knowing full well that the noise and disruption would mean we couldn’t sit outside or use the pool, we had to leave the property because of the noise and dust for several hours on 3 separate occasions. In the final week there was a problem with the swimming pool and we couldn’t use it for several days. Lastly we had an additional problem with cockroaches coming into the house, we were assured that this is a possibility in a Mediterranean area, however in 20 years renting villas in Spain it’s the first time we have encountered a problem.

Prima vakantiehuis met zwembad
Wij hebben hier een leuke vakantie gehad. Het huis is ruim, goede wifi, de inrichting is een beetje gedateerd. De bedden zijn goed. Kerstin heeft ons goed ontvangen, we mochten eerder in het huis en later uitchecken. Er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig. Het zwembad is diep en er zijn ligstoelen in de tuin. Binnen 5 autominuten zijn een aldi en een lidl, op loopafstand is een kleine supermarkt. Lekker brood en gebak bij "strudel" , daar naast zit ook een leuk italiaans restaurant. Het strand (geen zand) is vlakbij. Hier zit ook een leuke cocktailbar. Binnen 15 minuten rijden ben je bij een groot winkelcentrum of in Denia.

La experiencia en general muy bien. Los dueños muy atentos ha cualquier cosa que nos faltaba. Lo peor es la profundidad de la piscina que cubre por completo menos en la escalera y los bichos( mosquitos y cucarachas) pero esto es un problema en la zona en general. Muchas gracias por todo

Prachtig huis met zwembad op een heerlijk rustige locatie
Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in een heerlijk ruim huis. Goede ontvangst door Kerstin, makkelijk afspraak maken. Onderhoud zwembad werd geruisloos gedaan. Communicatie vooraf en tijdens verblijf was uitstekend!
