Welcome to this 5 bedroom spacious vacation home located in beautiful Emerald Isle, features a bonus room as well as 6.5 bathrooms. The bed sizes include: King, 4 Queens, and a Bunk Bed (Double/Twin). This home provides premier linens provided with beds made. First floor: Features a private bedroom with a full bath, recreation room complete with a pool table and a projection television, as well as one car garage. Second floor: 4 bedrooms, 4 private baths. Third Floor: Features an Oceanview master suite with King bed and private bath. Five of the bedrooms have ocean views, private baths, and their own deck access. This professionally decorated home features an open floor plan, and since it is a reverse floor plan there is a beautiful Oceanview on the top level in the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The elevator reaches all levels, even the ground level for easy access. Cool off at the property and enjoy the ocean side 14x32 swimming pool, which can be heated for additional $500 a week for the off season. Pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, however this may vary due to weather conditions. The opening and closing of the pools may be required for maintenance without notice. Pool occupancy is limited to the number of people that this property will accommodate. Amenities Include: Central air & heat, 2 Hot & cold outside showers, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, refrigerator, 7 TVs, ceiling fans throughout the home, open and covered decks with deck furniture, gas grill, wireless internet, landscaped yard, and a gas fireplace for seasonal use. This home rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING! NO PETS!

Beautiful non-commercial beach and neighborhood. Ocean view from porch was spectacular and house was nicely done. Negative: carpet needs to be removed as they are very dirty.

Such a nice cottage!

Beautifully decorated, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, great location with gorgeous views!!!! Our only negative was the steep driveway which was a challenge with the older folkes and the babies, but that made the view possible. Wonderful beach home!

Great location and property

Property is as good as the listing and pictures. Proximity to the beach was a short convenient walk. Even though the property wasn't a beachfront location the view from the 3rd floor was elevated enough that you look over the beachfront property. The evening sounds of the waves crashing to the shore could be heard throughout the day. The pool is very well maintained and welcome break from the beach.

Bringing the Family Together

We were all longing for a break from being at home during this pandemic. 2nd to Nunn gave us the space to spread out, enjoy the beach and spend many hours by and in the pool. We will never forget our time at the beach, our sunburns, the shrimp we ate and the memories we made. Thank you for a great quarantine vacation!

Great Vacation House

Enjoyed house at Emerald Isle. There were 11 of us & had plenty of room! Kids loved the pool. Great views from decks. Well stocked kitchen. All in all, wonderful family vacation!

Great for our family.

Outside of some very tolerable wear and tear, 2ndtoNunn was a great fit for my family. The private pool is well kept, and although 2nd row, the oceanviews were not obscured by the single level oceanfront units. Very happy with our stay.

Amazing house!

This is a great house with an awesome pool very close to beach access. We were a little nervous we could not get beach front and did not miss it the whole week. You can easily hear the waves from the house and the third floor balcony offers wonderful views (the beach front houses right in front are single story which is nice). The house lay out is great for big groups. Each has their own bathroom so no one has to worry about sharing. Each bedroom has direct access to the porch which eliminates tracking sand and wet feet inside. The pool is a great size and the outdoor showers were great. All in all, for such a big group, there was plenty of space for everyone and the gathering spaces (kitchen, porch, dining table) were awesome for us all to be together. Would recommend!
