Located in the heart of "The Point” of Emerald Isle, where the ocean meets the sound, this property is nestled along a wide beach with beautiful panoramic ocean views! This four bedroom and three and a half bathroom home is the perfect place to enjoy some fun in the sun with friends and family. The bed sizes include 3 Kings, and 2 Twin beds. Linens are provided with beds made. Escape to the two Ocean view master suites, each with a King bed and private bathroom. This property hosts large open and covered decks with bench seating and a picnic table to gather around and enjoy the outdoors while eating or entertaining. Take advantage of the deck access from each bedroom, giving you and your guests a front row view to enjoy the Ocean breeze. The large open living area and kitchen area can accommodate a crowd or gives everyone in your party room to relax. Plan to take many strolls on the beach at sunset using the wooden walkway to the beach, which is easy to navigate on the wider beaches that the “Point” has to offer! Amenities Include: Central air & heat, Outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, 3 Color cable TVs, DVD, Wireless internet, and Stereo/CD player. Just ok
I wish I could give a great review, but I just can’t. This house is in a great location, but the condition of the house left a lot to be desired. Most glaring was the need for several fresh coats of paint. The kitchen cabinets were flaking, as were the beams throughout the living room. There appeared to be MOLD on the living room ceiling. There was also mold/mildew in BOTH shower stalls. The kitchen also needs a deep cleaning, especially the drawers. The carpet throughout the house needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Also be aware that the outside shower is NOT enclosed. The description did not say it was, but for an oceanfront house to not have an enclosed outside shower is almost unheard of.
